"IN" Basket

So what is the point of having an "IN" basket, which by the way the evil minions insisted I have, if NO ONE uses it but insteads finds a blank spot on my desk, no matter how small to leave their paper, requests and whatnot?

Ya know what else I don't get? The evil minion who instead of simply refilling an empty stapler, leaves it open for the next person to fill and then comes to find ME to say, "The stapler in the xerox room is empty."

OR said same evil minion, takes the last of the water from the water cooler and watches as Raven (who has the bad back) wrestle with the replacement FIVE GALLON water bottle in heels! but if Elz shows up and is moving boxes asks ELZ if he needs help moving because "they look heavy".

Ya, am in sort of a ranty mood. It's a good thing its Friday.
