So much info - I feel like I know you so well now! My boy can't have milk, so I know about the joys of cooking/baking/living without dairy as well. We should swap recipes!

this was GREAT! im serious. very thorough ..im still trying to decipher them all but GIRL that lumbar thing...ive got 3 fused vertebrae myself. i know, i know! and fibromyalgia on top of that? eeeek! blessings to you then.

Ya I've DDD in both my neck and lumbar which I'm chalking up to my loss in height - which also sucks, which at times combined with FMS really gets me down but all that pales in comparsion right now with my TMJ woes.
Did the fusion surgery help you?
I saw a video on how they make those kick ass coffe cups of art! It was so cool! I am a coffee adict.

i had C567 fused. 5 and 6 3 years ago, 7 last october. i am much better but with each fusion the pressure ends up on the vertebrae above and below and so its easy to blow them out. i have to retrain myself how to draw without bending my neck down all day. i cant do it on the wall - or not well. ive tried.
i am having some daily pain in my scapula..when i blew out c-7 i damaged the root nerve to my arm. so its still a little weird. but i am much better. i understand neck surgeries are generally more successful than back..
i think i am going to try an anti-inflammatory diet and take some supplements for joints and see if that helps. i have a friend with FMS and i know its awful. i will remember you in my prayers.

Fortunaltely or unfortunately I don't qualify for such surgery so I've got to do the ol' pain management route.
Ugh, I sorry about the constant pain. It sucks. I took supplements, I just don't remember to take them all the time. >.>'
