I have but tonight and tomorrow morning and I'm done taking the steriods. And I'm already feeling the effects of it.
It was really lovely those few days without pain. And Yessssss as much as I hate it and feel like the greatest fool I am doing my PT exercises. AND using the TheraBite as much as it HURTS!!! I'm doing it.
I'm also already breaking into the samples of BioFreeze the PT folks gave me and I'm about to use the Tramuel too! Because - OMG. It hurts. Again. And I knew it was going to be like this and I'm still not getting my hopes up that this splint will bring any form of permanent relief.
Speaking of splints, the docs office gave me a temporary splint to wear. *Pfffffftttttttttt* What a joke and I refuse to wear it because I mean come on, it's a JOKE!
So meh. I want the steriods back because it didn't hurt then!
