When the pain takes hold, my face feels like those eqyptian statutes,
although unlike those statutes, Raven is not nearly as pretty.
Nothing moves, smiling is all but impossible and my speech is even more quiet than usual simply because it hurts too much to talk. So most folks think I'm ticked off or stuck up. Eh, I'm used to it.

TMJ sucks. Mine isn't near so severe, but I really feel for you. But please know that you are very pretty, as pretty as those statues - in fact prettier because you are real!

Can you believe it took an MRI to finally confirm after almost 20 years that it is indeed TMJ?! Now the task is finding a doctor who will help. Take care of yourself because oh lordy! does TMJ sucketh! HHNT to you as well! ^_^

Perhaps after we've found a speicalist who'll work with me, because we know the source of the pain, and hopefully after we've started treatement I'll be brave enough to try a chiropractor. But I thank you for your extrem generosity! :D HHNT!
