This morning's challenge

Someone wanted advice on how to change this slick looking and pretty iPod to look "Vintage"




Not an easy task considering today's high resolution pictures and beautiful shading affects and the tweaking in various "photoshop" programs.

but my attempt was thus:



Involved many layers of black and browns; scratch texture, water paper texture, desaturation and a black background.



and I tweaked just a smidgen more, blurring the pretty crisp lettering and blurred the scratch texture to get rid of the white lines.



Heyyyy, now it goes with my layout! XD
